Falcon
The Falcon was offered from 1960 through 1970, it was available in two door and four door sedans, station wagons, two door hardtops, convertibles, sedan deliveries and Rancheros. The Mustang evolved from the development of the Falcon. Some say, if there was not a Falcon, the Mustang would have not been created. |

Currently stock body. Future plans include customized front grill and headlights, taillights, both bumpers, shaved emblems, and fresh black paint with flames.
Upgrades already done include Granada disk brake conversion on front, Pertronix breakerless points, dual reservoir MC, 1 inch anti-sway bar on front, CD player with speakers, 15x7 wheels with Smoothie chrome rims, and new upholstery.
This car is my daily driver. |

1970 1/2 Falcon was taken from the Torino body and available as a two door sedan only. 26k were produced in the two door body style. Only 90 were equipped with the 429 engine and of that total only 38 were made with the C-6. The drag pack 4:30 gear with the Detroit Locker makes this bird a real screamer. |

05AUG11 - Just test installing now - 5.0 HO at 306 CI, ProComp 190 CC Almn heads (60 CC chambers), Comp Cam MagnumOE (281H-R10) with 1.6 Roller Rockers, Crosswinds AirGap dual plane intake, KB pistons, Eagle rods, 9.7:1 compression, Quick Fuel 650 DP, Hedman Shortys, F1 Racing Stage2 Clutch, Pressure Plate & Billet Flywheel, T-5 WC transmission (5 speed manual), 3.25:1 Trac-Lok rearend. Per Comp Cams the motor makes 432 HP at 5800 RPM with 408 FP torque at the flywheel. So they say. |
