1967-1968 Mustang
By 1967, competition in the pony car market was noticeably stiffer. An all new body was used in '67 but styling remained the same. By the end of 1967 Mustang accounted for 6.2% of all cars produced in the United States. Only subtle appearance changes were made to the '68 model but Ford now offered a 302 and 390 in the Mustang. The 427 was also offered for a short while to be replaced by the 428. |

it is bored .30 over,it has a 270h comp cam, edelbrock 750cfm carb, complete rebuilt and ported heads, edelbrock air gap manifold, flat top pistons, doug thorley headers, and 2 chamber flowmasters. it has the msd ignition kit. the ford 9" rear end. |
